The installation process for the AudioZone app is straightforward. Users need to install the application, connect to the venue's customer WiFi or the "AudioZone" WiFi signal, if available, and tap the speaker icon to commence listening. It is important to note that audio output is exclusively through wired or Bluetooth earphones, and will not be broadcast through the phone's speaker.

Should multiple audio channels be available, users will see a dropdown menu from which they can select their desired channel. There may be a brief wait for this channel list to load, typically a couple of seconds. The app allows for seamless switching between available audio options at any point during use.

For an enhanced listening experience, AudioZone provides adjustable buffer settings. Users can opt for larger buffers to resolve any potential audio interruptions; however, this may introduce a slight delay in synchronization between audio and video.
